Refund & Exchange Policy

At Sober Animal, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is defective or damaged.

  • An incorrect product has been delivered.

  • The order has been marked as delivered but was not received by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, a request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery along with clear unboxing video evidence and supporting images. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not be considered.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Once a return request is reviewed and approved, customers will receive a store credit coupon code equivalent to the value of the approved product(s). The store credit:

  • Will be issued after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Is valid for 50 days from the date of issue.

  • Can be used on future purchases made through our website.

  • Cannot be converted into cash, transferred, or extended after expiry.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are strictly permitted only for size-related issues.

Please note:

  • Product exchanges for a different design, color, or item are not allowed under any circumstances.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • A ₹150 exchange processing and logistics fee will be applicable for every exchange request.

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Size Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable at the time of processing:

  • No refund, store credit, replacement product, or alternative compensation will be provided.

  • The exchange request will be cancelled and the original product will remain with the customer.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional campaigns.

  • Gift cards and store credits.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags and packaging.

  • Orders where incorrect sizing was selected despite the size chart being available on the product page.

Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior approval through our return/exchange process will not be accepted.

  • Sober Animal reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

  • Shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • By placing an order on soberanimal.in, you acknowledge and agree to this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
